I live in a Spacious 2 bed first floor flat in a block of 6 situated in downend, with a open plan living room and kitchen, bath with shower over, communal entrance cleaned every month, bin shed and bike shed locked with passcode! The two bedrooms are very spacious one facing out in the car park the other out the back looking over the field, there is also two storage cupboards one being a airing cupboard, willing to leave blind in the bedroom and the net curtain in the hallway. There is nursery, shop and hair dressers across the road, 5 minute walk to Blackhorse primary along the way there is a entrance to the fields behind the flat, 10 minute walk to downend secondary school the neighbors are lovely kind and always polite, a very quiet neighbourhood although there isn’t a garden the kids from the blocks all go out the front and play together! Pets can be requested although cats and dogs are a no! Although the rent is high is it a lovely place to live with great neighbors
