Down stairs a decent size kitchen with plenty cupboards - kitchen was installed in 2017 along with a new bathroom. We’ve just had a brand new boiler out in in June 2023. The lounge is long and runs front to back, and great potential to knock out the back onto the giant patio with firepit and sleeper furniture. There’s a wood shed which looks lovely once packed. Garden is a decent size with lovely laws and a mini bird patio down the bottom. There’s a shed which was here when I lived in.
It’s been repaired over the years but it’s there and it’s big enough for garden tools bikes and anything else that needs being away. There’s also a little play house which I put up for the girls.
We have local schools in walking distance, doctors surgery around the corner. I’m in a culdesac with lovely neighbours all round. The church at the back so no immediate housing behind the house. Shops all around the corner, close to retail parks and Asda/Aldi/Tesco/Co-op all in walking distance. Chemist across the way - really has everything close to hand. Library on the corner. It’s a lovely area and we have been very happy here but work requires a move and I’d like to move closer to my suport network.
