This lovely house is situated in a vibrant area and sits at a crossroads.
We have lived here for ten years, neighbours and area are friendly and helpful and all will be missed.

We are required to move back to Birmingham or close by for family commitments, also my children have grownup and one has already moved back.

The house has been maintained in good condition, all repairs are up to date and can boast of a recent internal decor refreshment. It is being kept clean, tidy and in a neutral colour.

A new w.c has been fitted in the bathroom upstairs along with new sink taps. A new bath, taps and panel are in line to be fitted soon.
A new w.c has been fitted downstairs. Dudley council will replace the door upon new tenants request.

The kitchen worktops, sink and units are in line to be renewed soon.
The living room currently has no fixed heating as it was removed as per my request. Dudley council will replace this with a new fireplace and gas heater when requested by the new tenants.
