Me, My Partner and our Daughter live in the new flats near the barracks in Hightown. However, as I will be going into the On-Call Wrexham Fire Service we need to live within 5 minutes of The Wrexham Fire Station, and are looking for swaps within this radius. Our Flat is two bedrooms with built in intratone doorbell, the flats are new so they keep ALOT of heat in and find we use minimal energy, it is January and we still haven?t put our heating on. The communal areas are cleaned weekly and we have never had any issues with Neighbours. There is a kids park just 2 minutes down the road that has a group on every Tuesday from 3:30 which is great if you have a kid-s. We have a corner shop 2 minutes down the road and a Farmfoods right across the road less than a minute away. The centre of town is just a 10 minute walk. And each Tenant has their own parking space.
