Looking to swap a two bedroom house

Looking to swap a two bedroom house for a two or three bedroom house. We currently live in a two bedroom house in ardler, there is one main bathroom up stairs and a toilet room down stairs. The house was decorated a year ago. Neighbours are nice. The reason I would like a swap is that I would prefer to be closer to family and my son?s school.
