I have a large 1 bed fourth floor(top floor) flat. Please dont let that discourage you. This flat is very spacious and i am sad to have to move away, but i have twin toddlers who need more room.

The lounge is large enough for a 3 seater sofa, dining table and chairs, desk and a pull down murphy bed. With access to your own private balcony.
The bedroom is large aswell, you can comfortably fit a king size bed with room to spare.
There is also a storage room that we use as a walk in wardrobe. There is a lift and secure doorways to get in the building. If you want any more information please ask.
