We have a large 1 bedroom in great baddow chelmsford which sadly w need to swap as it's overcrowded due to me my wife our daughter and a baby on the way the flat is a ground floor flat with a communal garden, it has access to local amenities we have a Tesco express directly opposite and dominoes a nursery and primary school 5 minutes walk away and a lovely rec which also has a membership for anyone who wants to join the club there. We have a bus stop directly outside which then takes 10/14 minutes to get to Chelmsford town or 5/10 minutes to drive by car, the kitchen is only 3 years old and bathroom, it's a lovely sized flat just sadly too small to fit us all in
