I presently live on the second floor of a small block of houses - 6 in a row with a flat above each and a communal entrance. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently refitted. There is a sitting room, hall and one bedroom that are in reasonable decorative condition. However the property has a problem with absetos and in some to many areas the floors of each room are now uneven. The building has access every day at present but in a few months to years it won't be possible to live here permanently. Access will be limited to 3 to 4 days a week then less and less. In 20 years time it will not be inhabitable for 30-50 years. The building will collapse unless I move out at least partially. After this time I could use the premises again.
