I am looking for a ‘like for like’ property that has the same features as my existing property in Bermondsey.
I have a large two bedroom garden property, and I want the same in Beckenham.
I don’t want a shared garden, but I will consider a property with a large balcony, only of the property is next to a park (as I have a dog).

The entrance to beautiful Southwark Park is a one minute walk from my front door, with no roads to cross, so perfect for dog owners.
My flat is also a four minute walk away from Bermondsey tube and a ten minute walk away from the River Thames.
I am also walking distance to many bus routes that access central London and also Lewisham, Peckham, Old Kent Road, Brockley and Greenwich.
A twenty minute walk through Southwark Park will bring you to Canada Water tube, Surrey Quays shopping centre and Seven Islands & Surrey Docks gymnasiums.
My flat is also located within walking distance or short bus rides to many local schools including Charter, Harris Acadamy, Riverside.
