I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Bootle for over 55s. Its on a very small estate. I have my own front door and there is only one flat above mine. All of the properties on the estate are the same with only 2 flats per block. It really is a nice estate, lots of trees and green areas. It has resident only parking, pets are allowed and under occupancy is allowed. I have a small but perfectly functional kitchen a large living room which has room for 3 and 2 seater sofas and a small dining table I have a large bedroom which can take a kingsize bed with plenty of room for wardrobes etc, and a smaller bedroom, which can take a double bed. The bathroom is part tiled and has a shower over the bath. I have a very large walk in cupboard in the hall, and 2 smaller cupboards which are all fantastic for storage. I dont have a garden as such, but there is a shared (with flat upstairs) paved, enclosed area at the front of the property. I want a 1 or 2 bedroom bungalow in Sefton with garden.
