We live in a 2 bedroom flat with a kitchen, bathroom, small passage, living area, store room and loft. All of the rooms are a good size. The kitchen units and wiring have all been updated in 2018. We also installed a cooker hood during this time. The living space has 2 glass doors which open to reveal a small balcony. We also installed laminate flooring in the living room and passage in 2019. The bathroom is a good size which includes a toilet, bath tub and sink. The 2 bedrooms are a very good size which include carpet. The store room and loft have plenty of space for storage. There is also estate parking which is very useful as well as a communal garden. I am looking for a property with a garden, on the ground floor. I have a 4 year old Autistic son and living in my current flat, on the the 3rd floor (without a lift) is proving a struggle for him due to getting tired easily. We would love a property with a garden for his sensory needs.
