We have a large 2 double bedroom ground floor flat with huge front room, small kitchen (but plenty of cupboard space) wet room, which is waiting for renovation and walk in cloakroom with electric supply. No garden as such but surrounded by grass that could be fenced off with permission, currently maintained by SCC. Shops within 2 mins walk except GP which is in Crystal Peaks.
Bus stop directly opposite and off road car park immediately outside property.
I have decorated and will try to tidy it up but as its not a show home its not perfect, therefore the condition of your property is totally unimportant to us.
Ground floor maisonette / flat with own front door, garden is what we are looking for although a first floor property would be acceptable if it has garden / own door.
Any area of Chesterfield / housing estate as we just need to be close to family as our daughter is struggling with ASD and we have no support.
