Large 2 bed council house secure tenancy. Long galley kitchen enough room for a table and chairs. Front bedroom same size I currently have a super king four poster bed and furniture. Smaller bedroom just decorated and has a seaview. Pics don’t show the size of this house.

Gas central heating, separate toilet from bathroom . All rooms are good sizes. Free parking outside which is rare in Brighton. Solar panels on the roof so bills stay low. South Downs all around you and the beach at the bottom of my rd. Close to amenities. Short bus or cat ride to town centre.

I want a 2 bed council house/bungalow with secure tenancy .
Must have a secure back garden the bigger the better. Amenities close by and good public transport links. Dog walking spaces and greenery a must.
First preference is Bristol and surrounding areas. I would also consider Oxford & Cambridge. I would ideally want to be by water.
As I will miss being by the beach.
