I have a 2 bed property, lounge diner, fitted kitchen, upstairs bathroom room with shower over bath, decorated, beautiful mature garden with patio, fully fenced, corner shop and bus stop 5 minutes walk away, Kingsthorpe shopping centre short walk, lovely park, the property has gas central heating and new windows and doors installed. I'm looking for a 2 bed property must be in good condition and has no issues, must be in walking distance of shops and bus stops. Garden must be well maintained and fenced in, I'm looking to swap only with council tenants.
