Has a kitchen diner, juliet balcony doors, sits on top of 3 garages so it’s a self contained which is why it’s a house not a flat. Quiet neighbours close to St Albans town or Harpenden. Even though there is not a garden behind the property is a whole wide green space where I have some decking so used it as a garden. It also comes with a garage underneath the property for storage.
