However, due to my and my husbands health conditions worsening and my mobility getting much more limited the house we living in is not suitable for us and this is I am saying with regret.
To describe a house would be suitable and manageable would be:

Bungalow or 2 bedroom flat on the ground floor;

Please can kitchen and bathroom be in good condition;

Storage is important;

Bathroom and preferably shower should be on the same level;

Low maintenance, little garden would be much appreciated as I love flowers;

Car parking would be important at least for one car but desirable for two;

I would prefer gas heating to electric one due to all prices;

Please no stairs as I cannot manage them and had so many falls.

I know it might sound too much to ask but it’s for our safety.
