Large living area with space for dining, large kitchen and one small bathroom. 1 master bedroom plus one small double and one single. House benefits from purpose built brick shed (outhouse) with plumbing and electric in there- can be made into a proper utility room or office space etc- currently used for storage. Will consider only 4 bedroom properties or larger 3 bed where there is separate dining room for 4th bedroom. 2nd W-C preferred.
