I have a 3 bed terrace house in Netherton (auto address says Bootle, I'm 5 miles from Bootle) bedrooms are 2 double one with 2 storage cupboards & 1 single with storage cupboard, toilet is separate to the bathroom, electric shower over bath. Front and back gardens, I've added a few photo's of the back garden because I know people want to see this part of the property, I will add more when the fences & shed have been painted, shed in the back garden, (I will be leaving all the garden tools including mower, trimmer). On street parking although neighbours have made driveways, no through road. Neighbours are lovely, a very quiet Close. Local shops, post office, hairdressers, opticians, doctors, health centre,are 5 minute walk away including the bus terminus for Liverpool city centre or local hospital. Aldi store is half a mile, Asda 24hr less than a mile, Tesco Superstore less than 2 miles. There are 2 retail parks close by the nearest is about 10 minute walk away which includes an Odeon Cinema. Old Roan Train Station 1.3 miles, Aintree Train Station/Aintree Racecourse is 2 miles as is the 2nd retail park which is very big. Crosby Beach with Antony Gormley's Another Place is 4 miles away. Just to give you some idea where I'm located.
